Registration fees Conference
Registration fees include attendance to all sessions, conference material, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the conference days.

Registration Student
Registration for students include attendance to all sessions, conference material and entrance to the exhibition for both days. All students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation on request.

Registration Exhibition
Registration for the exhibition include entrance to the exhibition for both days.

Social Events

Hosted by the Nordic Architecture Fair.
Place: at the conference / exhibition venue – Svenska Mässan

Hotel booking
A number of hotel rooms have been pre-booked for the event. Hotel Gothia Towers is the venue hotel located in direct connection to the conference facilities. Read more about the hotels >>

VAT on fees
The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note, in accordance with Swedish Value Added Tax (VAT) requirements, any company or organization from a country outside Sweden with a registered VAT number (or equivalent tax registration number for companies outside of the EU) is NOT required to pay Swedish VAT for registration fee attending the conference – Nordic Architecture Fair in Sweden. Delegates from Sweden are required to pay VAT.

Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on registration fee (25%), social events (25%) and hotel (12%).

All delegates are required to pay VAT on social events (25%) and hotel (12%).

Important information
Please observe that the stated VAT number needs to be correct when registering for the conference. If the wrong VAT number is stated in the registration form a changing fee of SEK 250 will be charged and you will also be charged the VAT amount (25%). This mistake could also incur a penalty from the Swedish tax office for false information.

Please have your VAT/tax registration number ready before you start the registration process.

Method of payment
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.

Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa or MasterCard. Please note that all credit card payments are made through secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.

Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoice should be paid within 30 days.

Cancellation of registration and social events
Until September 16 2017, cancellation is possible and you will be refunded the conference fee less a administrative cost of SEK 1000. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after September 16, 2017. If you cannot attend the conference, your registration is transferable to another member of your organization, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged.
